Date Night

My husband and I both love to watch movies; I think this is one of the rare common interests that we have. That is why we scheduled a family or "our" movie night every Friday night. We watch movies that we borrowed from a friend, rent from blockbuster or a 1$ movie at QFC. My husband is quite choosy when it comes to movies; on the other hand I love action movies. What works for both of us is something that has drama, romance and with a little bit of action on it. This upcoming movie will be perfect for both of us.

Have you ever heard of the movie Date Night? Have you watched the trailer? I and my husband are looking forward to watch this movie. This movie is about a married couple Phil (Steve Carell) and Clair Foster (Tina Fey) who is trying to rekindle the spark between them by having a weekly date night. That weekly date night turned out to be the extension of their kitchen/home discussion and no romance was ever rekindled. In an effort to make things change, Phil take Claire into one of Manhattan's hottest restaurant. Since they did not have any reservations, they were force to wait. Luckily, some couple did a no show, so they took the reservation and pretended to be the Tripplehorns. One minute, they were happily dining in a great restaurant and next they end up in a car chase, a shootout and a showdown with the underworld boss in a strip club. This one night adventure certainly brought something different to the couple. Watch the movie on opening day and find out.
